Professional Seller (Marketplace Model): Designed for established vendors. List and manage your products on our platform for a flat 10% platform commission.
Preliminary Review: Please be advised that the submission of this application form constitutes a preliminary review phase.
Further Vetting: MaplePosters reserves the right to conduct a deeper audit of the information provided. This may include requesting additional business documentation, tax IDs, or proof of production capacity to ensure marketplace integrity.
Approval: Membership is highly curated; submission does not guarantee automatic acceptance into the program.
Identity Verification: A valid Legal Business Name and a verifiable Business Address are mandatory for all applications to be considered.
Intellectual Property (IP) Warranty: By applying, you warrant that you hold 100% of the IP rights, copyrights, or authorized distribution licenses for all content you intend to list.
Infringement & Takedown Policy: If a formal complaint is received or a potential copyright violation is identified, MaplePosters will conduct a fact-finding investigation. Once a violation is confirmed, the relevant listings will be removed immediately without prior notice.
Account Termination: In cases of verified IP infringement, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your seller account and prohibit any future selling activities on the platform.
Indemnification: The Seller/Artist agrees to fully indemnify and hold MaplePosters harmless against any legal claims or financial damages arising from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party assets.
