Pre-Sale Questions

A: All our products are high-quality Canvas Prints. The Unframed version is a canvas print rolled in a tube, while the Framed version is professionally stretched over an internal wooden frame and is ready to hang.
A: Yes. For Unframed orders, we typically reserve a 0.5cm - 1.5cm white edge around the image. This border is provided to assist you in framing or mounting the canvas without losing any detail.
A: Absolutely. Our canvas material is dozens of times more durable than standard paper. It is waterproof, tear-resistant, and uses archival inks to prevent fading over time.
A: Yes! Beyond our standard sizes (8x10, 12x18, 24x36inch, etc.) and Square sizes, we can print custom dimensions like 12x16, 18x24, or 24x32inch. If you need a specific size, please contact our customer service.

After-Sale Questions

A: We use industry-leading packaging. Unframed canvases are secured in a Heavy Duty Protective Tube, while Framed canvases are shipped in reinforced, sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
A: If your order is damaged during transit, please email us a photo within 48 hours. We will ship a free replacement to you immediately.Or we will do a full refund to you according to you.
A: Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also use the TRACKING link in our menu for real-time updates.
A: We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 7-12 business days.
