MaplePosters operates as a curated marketplace and Print-on-Demand (POD) platform.
Commission & Revenue: Independent Artists participating in our POD model earn a royalty of 10% - 15% on the net sale price. Professional Sellers on our Marketplace model are subject to a flat 10% platform commission.
Intellectual Property (IP) Warranty: By uploading any artwork or product, you warrant that you are the sole owner of the copyright or have the express legal authority to use the assets.
Zero-Tolerance Infringement Policy: MaplePosters strictly prohibits the sale of unauthorized, traced, or stolen artwork. Upon confirmation of a copyright violation, listings will be removed immediately without prior notice, and we reserve the right to permanently terminate the seller’s account and withhold any pending payouts as indemnity for legal risks.
Approval: Submission to the Partner Seller Program does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is highly curated to maintain marketplace integrity.
Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
No Expiration: In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, MaplePosters Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any administrative or dormancy fees.
Loss of Card: MaplePosters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card codes as cash.
Color Variance: We strive to display the colors of our art prints as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be a 100% match to the physical print. Minor color variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Sizing: All dimensions are provided in the product descriptions. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Liability Cap: In no case shall MaplePosters, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
